Photographic Society (The
Society) is established with the objects set out in its constitution and is a
data controller within the Isle of Man.

Society may apply to the secretary or membership secretary.
USE OF IMAGES BY THE SOCIETY
The Club has permission to use members’ images on the web
site – by entering one of the Club’s competitions or exhibitions, the member
gives permission to the Club to use any image(s) entered to support the Club in
its normal activities. This can take various forms, including but not limited
in any area of the Club website.

If a member does not wish for their image(s) to be used in

images submitted remains with the member.
Images will not be used commercially.
The Club will endeavour to credit image(s) where
possible, but the member accepts that this may not always be possible
