Wednesday’s first practical session of the new season was an opportunity to try out some close-up and still-life photography, and chat about techniques and equipment.
Georgina set up a variety of tabletop subjects to try, Steve brought a selection of small objects and was generous with the loan of his flash, close-up attachments and advice, and Andrea’s blocks of frozen flowers and fruit were just about solid enough to survive the night!
It was great to see everyone working together and a few finished in the car park trying long exposures to capture some spinning glowsticks.
