“Circles” was the subject of our final themed competition of the season, and Mike Radcliffe was our judge.

Mike assessed over 60 prints and digital projected images with circles as a main feature. He commented that the quality of the images was high and that it was tricky to place one image above another, so tiny details make a difference.
Mike’s scores ranged from 14 to 19 and the results were as follows:
Print section:
1st: “Circles” by Andrea Thrussell – 19 points
2nd: “Circles Oil On Water” by Steve Johnstone – 19 points
3rd: “Circular Route” by Lynn Ryan – 18 points

Digital section:
1st: “Pencils” by Georgina Shaw – 19 points
2nd: “Raiding the Button Box” by Steve Johnstone – 18 points
3rd: “Water Droplets on Glass” by Steve Johnstone – 18 points
