Mike Radcliffe was our judge for the first set competition, themed “Frame” or “Framed”.

It generated a range of ideas and Mike commented that it was almost as difficult as judging an open competition, noting that there were some really interesting interpretations of the theme.

With new members entering a competition for the first time, Mike reminded us that any comments were his own subjective opinion and urged everyone to take the comments as intended, and he hoped they were helpful.

His feedback was concise, with tips on improving images where possible and some technical advice.  Scores ranged from 13 to 20 points and the results were as follows.
