Andrew Barton Presentation

We welcomed Andrew Barton to Colby last Wednesday for an interesting and entertaining club night.

The first competition of 2023 was an Open judged by John Keelan.

Eight members shared a selection of their photographs on the first club night of 2023.

Clare Payne was our judge for ‘Long Exposure’, the second set competition of the season.

The Southern Photographic Society won the island’s 3-Way Battle on Friday for the first time since 2008.

On Wednesday, visiting speaker Chris Blyth took us on a whistle-stop tour of the national parks of the mid and Western USA.

On Wednesday evening Dennis Wood presented the results of the season’s first Open competition.

Members and guests enjoyed a wide-ranging presentation of prints from Ruth Nicholls last night.

There was an excellent turnout on Wednesday for the results of the ‘Decay’ competition.
